ONLINE PAYMENT CHANGES

Effective September 14, 2026, Austin Mutual Insurance Company personal lines policyholders will only be able to make payments by paper check. We will no longer accept any debit/credit card payments or ACH payments going forward.  Policyholders currently enrolled in Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) are not impacted; their payments will continue electronically.
