Main Street America Insurance has announced their Professional Liability Endorsement for Chiropractor offices and Doctors of Chiropractic Medicine is now available in eight states. The coverage which includes protection from malpractice lawsuits, errors and claims of negligence is available in Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Utah and Wisconsin.
Offered as part of the company’s Main Street Express® Business Owners Policy (MSE BOP), this endorsement is one of several new commercial offerings launching in 2023, affirming the company’s commitment to insuring main street businesses.

The Chiropractor Professional Liability Endorsement covers up to ten chiropractors in a practice and offers an affordable “Defense Only” option of $25,000, as well as a choice of Medical Professional Liability (MPL) limit options for indemnity and occurrence coverage. The program offers risk management resources and connects owners with a national legal network specializing in chiropractic litigation. The product is underwritten by Midvale Indemnity Company, an affiliated writing company.
