Main Street America Insurance Turns Inspiration Into Action with Sponsorship of AstroBot STEM Nonprofit Corp.
Main Street America’s STEM Caring Group will provide a one-year sponsorship to AstroBot STEM Nonprofit Corp., a resource hub for young students to find scholarships, organizations, and role models to inspire them to pursue a career in the fields of science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
The STEM Caring Group’s $2,000 sponsorship donation, made possible through funding provided by our NGM Charitable Foundation, will be able to be used by AstroBot to support initiatives for Jacksonville schools throughout 2021-2022 school year.
“We are very proud to be sponsoring AstroBot during the upcoming school year,” said Kimberly Law, Main Street America’s general counsel / secretary and STEM executive sponsor. “Partnering with Jacksonville-based charities and organizations has been a challenge due to the pandemic, so we’re so excited to join this organization’s fight to make a difference in our classrooms.”
As part of this sponsorship, there will be opportunities for Main Street America leadership to serve as event guest speakers and take part in virtual interviews to be used on AstroBot’s website.
Main Street America offers other social impact/caring groups in the areas of Veteran’s Service and Environmental Sustainability.
