NGM Insurance Company (“NGM”) provides this public notice pursuant to 49 U.S.C. Sec. 13906(b) (the “Statute”). In some instances, the Statute requires sureties to publicly advertise for bond claims for a period of 60 days after the date the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (“FMCSA”) publishes notice of the cancellation of the surety bond of brokers registered under Title 49, Chapter 139, that have experienced “financial failure or insolvency” under the Statute. For claims to be considered under a BMC-84 surety bond that has been cancelled as described above, the claim must be filed with NGM within 60 days following the FMCSA publication of the notice of cancellation. Claims received by NGM after the 60-day claim period will not be accepted. Notice is provided as to:
