Repositioned brand represents vision for the future
Jacksonville, FL

Main Street America Insurance has launched a refreshed brand to agents, policyholders and consumers. The updated look follows an August 2024 announcement that the insurance carrier was tightening focus and leaning further into the tremendous opportunity that exists in the commercial lines space through their comprehensive business and farm and ranch products, and surety bonds.

“Our updated look is a visual representation of our successful future: one powered by people and partnerships and measured by the value of the relationships we build and not just the number of policies we sell,” said Richard Vaughn, Main Street America, Head of Sales.

A commercial lines’ focus allows the company to bring new product innovations and service capabilities to market at a faster pace. This emphasis also ensures an easy-to-use quoting experience as evidenced in recent enhancements to their commercial lines’ platform and newly launched Commercial Farm and Ranch capabilities. Farm and Ranch enhancements include built-in eligibility checklists and standardization with new ISO forms. These improvements are currently available in a handful of states, with more states to be included in the next year.

As part of the company’s commitment to independent agents and to deliver on a promise of transparency and empowerment with their agent partners, key members of the sales leadership team hosted a series of Empowering Partnership Summits. During the Summits, company representatives engaged with over 150 agents from across 120 agencies to share the company’s vision and go forward strategy while providing space for meaningful dialogue.

“The handshake in our logo is more than just a symbol,” Vaughn said. “It represents the relationships we have with our agent partners. Connecting face-to-face with our agents is crucial for gathering feedback and sharing our vision for the next era, which is focused solely on helping them protect main street businesses and farms and ranches across the country.”

The company’s refreshed look and ‘We Mean Business’ tagline represents the company’s philosophy as a leader in commercial insurance — dedicated to providing regional expertise, high-quality coverage, and customer-centered support. The “Agents First Agents Only” mark seen throughout symbolizes the role independent agents play in the company’s mission and represents a commitment to making products available exclusively through their agencies.
Empowering Agents for Success

The company is committed to empowering agents with the tools and support they need to thrive in the commercial lines market. Key initiatives include:

  • Innovative Training Programs: The company is rolling out innovative training programs designed to equip agents with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the commercial lines space. These programs include interactive webinars, comprehensive guides, and hands-on workshops.
  • Enhanced Communication: They are enhancing communication efforts to ensure that agents are always informed about the latest developments and opportunities.
  • Dedicated Support Teams: Dedicated support teams provide personalized assistance and ensure that agents have access to the resources they need to succeed.
